About
A Malaysian botanical artist based in Taiwan.
I was graduated from Department of Life Science, National Taiwan University, and got my Master degree from Institute of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology in same university. I studied the phenology and leaf shape of Viburnum in the institute, and began my botanical illustration at that time.
The subjects I draw is usually refer to real things, that is, living plants grown in room, samples collected from the field, or specimens in herbarium. Of course, I still need photographs sometime. Observation in the nature is important to my drawing. Which means I have field trips now and than.
If you have any enquiries about my work, welcome to contact me.
